Country Pages
One page each for Australia, the UK, Canada, Japan, Korea and the USA: courses, intakes, costs, documents and the visa steps, in your counsellors’ words.
Education consultancy website design in Nepal has one job: turn a student’s search, such as “study in Australia from Nepal”, into a counselling booking. I’m Ujjwal Rupakheti, a web developer in Itahari. I build consultancy websites with country and university pages, IELTS and PTE class pages, WhatsApp lead capture and a CRM your counsellors use every day.

01The pages
Students compare consultancies on a phone and judge them by how specific the pages are. The structure follows how they search: by country, by course, by test and by intake.
One page each for Australia, the UK, Canada, Japan, Korea and the USA: courses, intakes, costs, documents and the visa steps, in your counsellors’ words.
The institutions you really work with, their courses, entry requirements and scholarships, linked from each country page. List only partners you can prove.
A page per test, with batches, timings, class size, mock tests and fees, plus a form to book a demo class.
Students pick a counsellor and a real time, online or at your office, and get a reminder.
University visits, visa sessions and pre-departure briefings as event pages with registration, within the new rules on fairs.
Visa approvals and stories only with the student’s written consent, and never a promise of a guaranteed visa.
02Leads
Leads get lost between the form and the first call: a message in one counsellor’s phone, a form in someone’s inbox. One list that every counsellor works from fixes that.
A student finds your Australia page on Google or in an AI answer.
A short form, or a WhatsApp button with the country and intake already in the message.
The CRM gives the lead to a counsellor by country or branch, with a reminder.
The student books a session, online or at your office.
Tests, documents and applications tracked until the visa decision.
CRM and lead systems are quoted per module, as on my management system page.

Case study: HeliGo NepalA request-to-quote pipeline I built: travellers send one request, an operator returns a fixed quote within two hours, and staff run requests, quotes and bookings from an admin console.
03Trust and compliance
In July 2026 the Cabinet approved the Educational Consultancy, Language Teaching and Preparation Classes (Operation and Management) Regulations, 2083. As reported by The Kathmandu Post and The Himalayan Times, consultancies are licensed by the federal Ministry of Education and renew every year, while language and test-prep classes register with provincial governments. Associations are protesting several provisions, so check the current text with the Ministry.
Your licence or permission number, company registration and PAN on the About page and in the footer, so parents can check who they are dealing with.
Reports on the regulations say consultancies must keep service charges public, including on their websites. A clear fee page also saves the first call.
Education fairs now need the Ministry’s prior permission, and fairs where foreign institutions recruit Nepali students are barred. Event pages say who runs the event and what it is.
The rules make consultancies answerable for misleading advice. No page should promise a visa, a scholarship or a job abroad.
Recommend institutions that are legally established and accredited at home, a test The Himalayan Times reports is in the new rules, and say how you checked.
Students need a No Objection Certificate from the Ministry of Education before sending tuition abroad through a bank, and they apply online. A plain NOC page answers what every family asks.
04Privacy
A consultancy collects more personal data than most businesses: passports, transcripts, bank statements, test scores and family income. Nepal’s Privacy Act, 2075 lists educational certificates, passports and bank details among a person’s personal documents, requires consent when personal data is collected, and limits its use to the purpose it was collected for.
I build forms and the CRM around those principles. This is a general description, not legal advice, so ask your lawyer about your own policies.
Name, phone, country and intake. Passports and statements come later, through a secure upload.
An unticked box saying you will contact them by phone and WhatsApp about study abroad, saved with the date.
Uploaded files stored privately, visible only to the assigned counsellor and admins, never as public links.
A simple way to remove a lead’s data when they ask, and old leads cleared on a schedule you set.
Analytics and ad tags only where you decide, listed in a privacy policy students can read.
HTTPS, CSRF tokens on forms, rate limits, spam protection and staff passwords hashed with argon2id.
05Search
Every study-abroad search has a different question behind it, so each needs its own page. This is how I map searches to pages for a consultancy.
| Search | What the student wants | Page that answers it |
|---|---|---|
| study in australia from nepal | Costs, intakes, documents and steps | The Australia country page |
| ielts classes near me | Batch times, fees and location | The IELTS page and each branch’s Google profile |
| pte or ielts for australia | Which test suits the plan | A comparison written by your counsellor |
| japan language school from nepal | Schools, costs and the process | The Japan country page |
| best consultancy in chitwan | Proof, reviews and licence details | The branch page and its reviews |
| noc for study abroad nepal | How to apply for the NOC | A plain NOC guide |
The main pages in English, plus Nepali versions of the pages parents read: costs, the process and your licence details. Japan and Korea pages can carry key terms in Japanese or Korean. Each language version gets hreflang tags so Google shows the right one.
Short, dated answers on each country page, written by your counsellors and reviewed every intake. I can write or edit them through my content writing service, and every branch gets its own profile through local SEO.
Ujjwal’s SEO expertise transformed our online visibility. Within months, our hospitality business was ranking for keywords we never thought possible. His technical understanding of search algorithms combined with his development skills makes him uniquely effective. He doesn’t just optimize, he builds systems that sustain rankings long-term.
06Booking
GuruSanga is a booking platform I built for a client from a Figma design. People pick a verified guru, a service and a real slot from that person’s own diary, pay by QR, and staff confirm before the session. A consultancy needs the same parts with different names: counsellors, counselling sessions and demo classes.
07Pricing
A consultancy website with a CMS starts from NPR 35,000. The CRM, lead system and booking are quoted per module, so you start with the site and add the rest.
| Service | Starting price | Typical timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Consultancy website with CMSCountry, university, test-prep and event pages | NPR35,000 | 2–4 weeks |
| CRM and lead systemLead list, assignment, follow-ups and consent records | Quoted per module | After a discovery call |
| Counselling and class bookingCounsellor slots, class batches and reminders | Quoted per module | By scope |
| Country and course page writingResearched pages your counsellors review | Per page or monthly | With the build |
| Monthly SEOPages, branch profiles, links and a monthly report | NPR30,000 / month | 3–6 months to see movement |
A single office covering three countries sits near the starting price. Several branches, six countries and a CRM do not.
Not included: domain, hosting and paid tools. Every starting price is on my services page, and my guide to website cost in Nepal covers yearly running costs.
Cost, leads, the 2083 rules and student data, answered before you ask.
Ask me on WhatsAppWith me, a consultancy website with a CMS starts from NPR 35,000 and takes 2 to 4 weeks. It covers country, university, test-prep and event pages your staff edit. A CRM, lead system or counselling booking is quoted per module. Domain and hosting are extra, and the quote is fixed in writing before work starts.
A page for each destination country, pages for the universities and courses you really work with, a page for each test such as IELTS and PTE, an events page, a fee page, a licence and About page, and a booking or enquiry form. Each country page should answer costs, intakes, documents and visa steps.
Yes. Each country and class page can have a WhatsApp button with the country and intake already written in the message. The form version saves the lead in your CRM first, assigns a counsellor and then opens WhatsApp, so no enquiry lives only in one person’s phone.
Yes. Under the Educational Consultancy, Language Teaching and Preparation Classes (Operation and Management) Regulations, 2083, approved in July 2026, consultancies are licensed by the federal Ministry of Education and renew every year. Language and test-prep classes register with provincial governments. Associations are seeking changes, so confirm the current rules with the Ministry.
Yes. Reports on the 2083 regulations by The Himalayan Times and Edusanjal say consultancies must keep their service charges public, including on their official websites. A clear fee page, with what each service includes and when it is paid, also builds trust and saves your counsellors the same first question on every call.
The first form asks only for name, phone, country and intake, with an unticked consent box. Passports, transcripts and statements are uploaded later behind a login, visible only to the assigned counsellor. Nepal’s Privacy Act, 2075 requires consent to collect personal data and limits its use to that purpose.
I can build the page that deserves to rank: specific costs, intakes, documents and steps, written or reviewed by your counsellors, fast on a phone and linked from the rest of the site. Nobody can promise a position, because Google decides. Monthly SEO with me starts from NPR 30,000.
Yes. Each seminar or university visit gets an event page with the date, place, a registration form and a reminder. Under the 2083 rules, education fairs need the Ministry’s prior permission, so check before you advertise one. I build the pages; the event decision stays with you.
