Websites for Shops & Clinics
A fast site with your services, opening hours, map link and WhatsApp button, written for the words your customers in Itahari actually search.
I’m Ujjwal Rupakheti, a full-stack web developer and SEO specialist who lives and works in Itahari, Sunsari. For 3+ years I’ve built websites, online stores and SaaS products, and ranked them on Google. Itahari businesses can work with me face to face, from the first chat to launch day.
Itahari
Itahari grew up around a junction. A municipality since 1997 and a sub-metropolitan city since 2014, it calls itself a “Clean, Green and Commercial City”, and it is now the second-largest city in eastern Nepal after Biratnagar.
The East-West Highway crosses the Koshi Highway at Itahari Chowk, so almost everyone travelling in eastern Nepal passes through. That shapes the businesses here and what they need online:
01Websites
Most people who find an Itahari business online do it on a phone, often on mobile data, and then call or send a WhatsApp message. As a web developer in Itahari I build for that moment: pages that load fast, show the right chowk and ward, and put the phone number one tap away.

Course pages, admission forms and notices you update yourself, in Nepali and English, so parents get answers before they visit the office.
Sell to customers across Itahari, Dharan and Biratnagar with eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay QR or cash on delivery, and product pages Google can show with prices.
Rooms, menus, photos and one-tap booking for travellers who search on the bus before they reach the chowk, as I built for Hotel Aarohi.
Attendance, payroll with SSF and TDS, inventory or bookings in one system that fits how your business already runs, like Eutaa.
Digital punch cards and reward points that bring regulars back, set up on a phone you already have. I built Eknas for exactly this.
Examples of how people phrase local searches, not search-volume data.
02Search
Itahari searches are short and local. People type the city or a landmark, such as the chowk or a ward, and tap the map results before any website. Some search in Romanised Nepali, some in Nepali script, and buyers from Dharan and Biratnagar search “Itahari” when they want something they can’t find at home.
That means two jobs: a Google Business Profile with the right category, pin and photos, and website pages that answer each search in the language it was typed. I explain the profile steps in my Google Business Profile guide for Nepal.
03Proof
A local service business in Itahari had no presence on Google Maps. I rebuilt its Google Business Profile, made its name, address and phone the same across directories, and added location pages with LocalBusiness structured data.

04Built for Itahari
A broken road or a blocked drain in Itahari is usually reported by phone, forgotten and reported again. For my university project I designed CivicSathy for Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City, ward by ward.
It is not in production use, and the screens come from a local run with demo data. I show it because it taught me the city ward by ward. The source code is on GitHub; the full story is in the CivicSathy case study.
05Working together
Being in the same city removes most of the friction. We can look at your current site together on your own phone, and you always know who to call.

Ask me on WhatsAppThere is no official ranking, so judge by work you can check. I’m Ujjwal Rupakheti, based in Itahari, with 13+ projects and case studies, including Jhino, Eknas, Prishta, Nimtto and Sajilai, and a local SEO result in Itahari: Google Maps top 3 in eight weeks. Ask any developer for live links and who will fix problems after launch.
A static website starts from NPR 18,000 and takes one to two weeks. A business website with a CMS starts from NPR 35,000, and an online store with eSewa, Khalti and Fonepay from NPR 60,000. Domain and hosting are extra. You get a fixed written quote after we meet.
Yes. I live in Itahari, so the first meeting can be at your shop, your office or a café nearby. We can also meet again to review the site before launch. If a call suits you better, WhatsApp and video work just as well for the rest of the project.
I can fix everything that holds your listing back: category, map pin, hours, photos, reviews and the pages your profile links to. For one Itahari service business this reached the Maps top 3 in eight weeks. Nobody can promise a fixed position, because competition and reviews differ by trade.
Profile fixes such as a wrong category or a misplaced pin can show within weeks. Competitive searches, such as hotels, colleges or clinics in Itahari, usually take three to six months of steady reviews, photos and page work. I send a monthly report with calls, direction requests and rankings so you can see the trend.
Yes. I build in Nepali Unicode, in English or in both, with a language switch and the right hreflang tags. For many Itahari businesses the best mix is English pages for services plus Nepali text where customers expect it, such as notices, menus or admission details.
Yes. A college or school site needs course pages, admission forms, notices and fee information that staff can update without a developer. I build those on a CMS from NPR 35,000, and structure each course page for the searches students and parents make across Koshi Province.
No. CivicSathy is a university project I designed around Itahari’s wards, and it is not in production use. The screenshots come from a local run with demo data, and the source code is public on GitHub. It shows the kind of civic and business software I can build for local organisations.
Itahari itself, Dharan to the north and Biratnagar to the south, plus nearby places such as Inaruwa, Duhabi and Gadhi. Businesses in Jhapa and the rest of Nepal work with me online, at the same prices, with the same weekly preview links.
You pay in stages by eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay QR or bank transfer. After the final payment the code, domain and hosting accounts are in your name, and I hand over the logins with a short guide. You are never locked in to me for changes.
Send your business name and what you need. I reply within one working day to set a time and place.
