Web Developer in Hetauda for Industry & Local Business

I’m Ujjwal Rupakheti, a full-stack web developer and SEO specialist in Itahari, on the same East-West Highway that runs through Hetauda. For 3+ years I’ve built websites, business software and SaaS in Nepal. Makwanpur’s manufacturers, suppliers, schools and shops work with me online, in Nepali or English.

  • B2B pages that answer a buyer’s specification questions
  • Inventory, dealer and payroll systems, quoted per module
  • Local SEO for the provincial capital and the highway

The Hetauda market

Hetauda: A Provincial Capital with a Factory Belt

Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City is the headquarters of Makwanpur District and, since January 2020, the capital of Bagmati Province, so provincial ministries sit here alongside the district’s own offices. About 194,000 people lived in the city at the 2021 census.

It is also an industrial town. The Hetauda Industrial District was set up in 1963 with support from the United States and still houses large, medium and cottage industries. The state-owned Hetauda Cement factory is here, and Unilever Nepal makes consumer goods at its factory in Basamadi, just outside the city. The East-West Highway and the old Tribhuvan Rajpath to Kathmandu both pass through.

The last few years have been hard on those factories: Onlinekhabar reported more than 600 industry closures in Makwanpur in fiscal year 2080/81. The firms doing well are the ones finding new buyers, and those buyers increasingly start with a search.

Manufacturers & suppliers

B2B Websites for Hetauda Manufacturers and Suppliers

A contractor in Kathmandu or a distributor in Birgunj looking for cement, pipes, feed or packaging searches the product plus “manufacturer in Nepal”, then compares what comes up. They want specifications, certifications such as the NS mark, pack sizes, delivery areas and a way to ask for a price. Many factory websites show little more than a photo of the plant and a phone number.

I build B2B sites around a buyer’s questions: a page per product line with a specification table and a downloadable data sheet, a dealers page by district, and a quote request that reaches your sales staff on WhatsApp and email at once.

  • Product pages with specs and certifications
  • Dealer and distributor pages by district
  • Quote requests routed straight to sales
  • Product and Organization structured data

Local SEO

Local SEO in Hetauda and Across Makwanpur

Three kinds of people search for Hetauda businesses: residents, people travelling the highway or visiting provincial offices, and weekend visitors heading for the hills. Each finds you differently.

Shops, Clinics & Schools

Residents search in Nepali or Romanised Nepali, often for a service near a chowk or ward. A correct Google profile and a simple page with hours, fees and a phone number win most of those searches.

Hotels & Restaurants on the Highway

Drivers and people with business at the provincial offices search Maps for a meal or a room tonight. Photos, current hours, prices and reviews matter more to them than anything else.

Homestays in Chitlang, Daman & Kulekhani

Weekend visitors from Kathmandu plan short trips to the hills of northern Makwanpur. A small site with rooms, food, directions and WhatsApp booking turns their search into a stay.

Software

Management Systems for Makwanpur Factories & Offices

When orders, stock and payroll live in spreadsheets and notebooks, mistakes cost real money. I build systems around how your business already works, one module at a time, with Nepali rules for VAT, SSF and TDS built in.

  • Inventory and stock by warehouse
  • Dealer orders and dispatch
  • Payroll with SSF and TDS
  • Attendance, leave and reports

Process

From First Call to Launch, in Four Steps

  1. 01

    Call & Walkthrough

Your products, buyers and process on a video call. For a system, you show me how orders and stock move today.

  2. 02

    Fixed Proposal

Pages or modules, timeline and price in writing. Systems start with the module that hurts most.

  3. 03

    Weekly Previews

Your staff test each part on a preview link with real examples, every week.

  4. 04

    Launch & Training

Go live, hand over the logins and train your staff on a call, or on site for larger systems.

Working together

Working with an Itahari Developer from Hetauda

Itahari and Hetauda share a highway and a time zone, and most of our work never needs the road. We talk on WhatsApp or video in Nepali or English, you review progress on a preview link, and you pay in stages by eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer against a fixed quote.

  • Site visits for systems. An hour at your store room or dispatch desk saves weeks of guessing, so for software projects I plan one with you.
  • Everything in your name. Domain, hosting, code and data stay yours, with a written handover.

Pricing

Website Cost in Hetauda (2026)

Prices are the same across Nepal: websites from NPR 18,000, online stores from NPR 60,000, SaaS from NPR 70,000 and SEO audits from NPR 15,000. A manufacturer’s B2B site usually fits the CMS tier; systems are priced module by module.

FAQ: Web Developer in Hetauda

Factories, local shops, systems and how we work across the highway.

Ask me on WhatsApp

How Much Does a Website Cost for a Hetauda Business?

A simple site for a shop, clinic, school or hotel starts at NPR 18,000. A manufacturer’s site with product lines, data sheets and dealer pages usually starts at NPR 35,000, and an online store at NPR 60,000. The price is fixed in writing after a short call.

Can You Build a B2B Website for a Factory in the Industrial District?

Yes. A B2B site gives each product line a page with specifications, certifications, pack sizes and a data sheet, adds dealer pages by district and routes quote requests to your sales staff. It’s built so buyers searching for a manufacturer in Nepal find the right product page.

Will My Site Rank for “Manufacturer in Nepal” Searches?

It can, because many manufacturers have thin websites, so a page with real specifications often stands out. Expect early movement in 3 to 6 months for product searches, faster for your company name. Nobody can honestly promise a position, and I won’t.

Can You Build Inventory or Payroll Software for Our Factory?

Yes. I build management systems module by module: stock, dealer orders, dispatch, attendance and payroll with SSF and TDS. Each module is quoted separately, so you can start with the one causing the most trouble. My own system, Eutaa, handles Nepali VAT, SSF and TDS.

Do You Visit Hetauda?

For software projects, yes: seeing how stock and orders really move is worth the trip. I come by road along the East-West Highway or fly to Simara, and we agree the date and travel cost first. Websites rarely need a visit.

Do You Work Outside Hetauda in Makwanpur?

Yes. I work across Makwanpur District, including Bhimphedi, Manahari and Makawanpurgadhi, Thaha with Chitlang and Daman, and Indrasarowar around Kulekhani. Homestays and small hotels in the hills need the same thing as city shops: a correct Google profile and a fast page.

Can You Help a Homestay in Chitlang Get More Guests?

Yes. Most guests come from Kathmandu for a night or two and plan on their phone. A small site with rooms, meals, directions and WhatsApp booking, plus a complete Google profile with recent reviews, is usually all you need, from NPR 18,000.

Will a New Website Cost Us Our Google Rankings?

Not if the switch is planned. Before launch I list every page your old site has, decide where each should point on the new one and set up permanent 301 redirects, so links and rankings carry over. The new site is tested on a private address first, and afterwards I check Search Console for broken pages until things settle.

How Do We Pay, and in Which Language Do We Work?

You pay by eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer, in stages tied to a written quote. We work in Nepali or English, whichever your staff prefer, and the site itself can be in either language or both. Each stage is agreed before it starts, so you never pay for work you haven’t seen on a preview link.

Who Owns the Website and the Data?

You do. The domain, hosting, code and every record in your system are in your name after the final payment, and I hand over the logins and a short guide to running it. If you change developers later, everything they need is already in your hands.
